MANGO BANGO
INGREDIENTS
- Tapioca
pearls
- Water
- Mangoes
- 1
Can of Coconut jelly – drained from the juice
- Heavy cream
- Milk
- Condensed milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the tapioca pearls in water for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, cover with a lid and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Rinse and drain the tapioca pearls under cold water.
- Cut the mango into bite sized pieces.
- Add the mango and tapioca pearls into a bowl.
- Add the coconut jelly. Remember to drain the jelly from the juices.
- Add half-half milk and heavy cream mixture.
- Add in the condensed milk.
- Mix everything together.
Add the mango bango to a
cup of ice and enjoy.
