MANGO BANGO

 

INGREDIENTS


  • Tapioca pearls
  • Water
  • Mangoes
  • 1 Can of Coconut jelly – drained from the juice
  • Heavy cream
  • Milk
  • Condensed milk


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the tapioca pearls in water for 10 minutes. 
  2. Turn off the heat, cover with a lid and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Rinse and drain the tapioca pearls under cold water.
  4. Cut the mango into bite sized pieces.
  5. Add the mango and tapioca pearls into a bowl.
  6. Add the coconut jelly. Remember to drain the jelly from the juices.
  7. Add half-half milk and heavy cream mixture.
  8. Add in the condensed milk.
  9. Mix everything together.

Add the mango bango to a cup of ice and enjoy.
