SUSHI BAKE

 


INGREDIENTS

  • salmon
  • crab or imitation crab
  • cream cheese
  • Japanese mayonnaise or normal mayonnaise
  • sriracha
  • spicy mayonnaise
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil
  • white rice
  • seaweed or furikake
  • scallion
  • sesame seeds

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Create the mixture:

  1.  Season the salmon with garlic powder, salt, black pepper and oil.
  2. Cook it the way you prefer. Easiest and yummiest way is in the air fryer at 400F for 9 minutes.
  3. Shred the crab or imitation crab and cut up into smaller pieces.
  4. Shred the salmon and add it to the crab.
  5. Add cream cheese, Japanese or normal mayonnaise and sriracha. Mix it.

 Assemble the bake:

  1. Spread out cooked white rice at the bottom.
  2. Add shredded seaweed or furikake on top of the rice.
  3. Add the mixture on top of the seaweed. Spread it out.
  4. Bake it at 380F for 10 minutes.
  5. After it is baked, top off with some sriracha, spicy mayonnaise, some scallion and some sesame seeds.

 

ENJOY WITH SOME SEAWEED, AVOCADO AND CUCUMBER!
