SUSHI BAKE
INGREDIENTS
- salmon
- crab or imitation crab
- cream cheese
- Japanese mayonnaise or normal mayonnaise
- sriracha
- spicy mayonnaise
- garlic powder
- salt
- black pepper
- oil
- white rice
- seaweed or furikake
- scallion
- sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Create the mixture:
- Cook it the way you prefer. Easiest and yummiest way is in the air fryer at 400F for 9 minutes.
- Shred the crab or imitation crab and cut up into smaller pieces.
- Shred the salmon and add it to the crab.
- Add cream cheese, Japanese or normal mayonnaise and sriracha. Mix it.
- Spread out cooked white rice at the bottom.
- Add shredded seaweed or furikake on top of the rice.
- Add the mixture on top of the seaweed. Spread it out.
- Bake it at 380F for 10 minutes.
- After it is baked, top off with some sriracha, spicy mayonnaise, some scallion and some sesame seeds.
ENJOY WITH SOME SEAWEED, AVOCADO AND CUCUMBER!
