Three layer chocolate bonbon cake
THREE LAYER CHOCOLATE BONBON CAKE
INGREDIENTS
- 32oz white chocolate, divided
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup cream cheese
- 5 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8oz milk chocolate
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 5 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8oz white chocolate
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 5 tsp sugar
- 14 Oreo cookies
- 5 tbsp butter, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt down 24oz of white chocolate.
- Add the melted white chocolate to the bundt cake tin, make sure to cover the whole tin and chill for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar and heavy cream. Divide into 3 bowls.
- In the first bowl add 6oz of the melted dark chocolate to it. Add it into the cake tin and let it chill for 20 minutes.
- In the second bowl add 8oz of the melted milk chocolate to it. Layer it on top of the dark chocolate in the cake tin, let it chill for 20 minutes.
- In the third bowl add 8oz of the melted white chocolate to it. Layer it on top of the milk chocolate in the cake tin, let it chill for 20 minutes.
- Blend up the Oreos, add melted butter, layer it on top of the white chocolate in the cake tin. Let it chill for 20 minutes.
- Add 8oz of the melted white chocolate on top, let it chill for 20 minutes.
- Flip the tin and take it out of the cake tin and enjoy.
